Within Australia we ship most orders with Australia Post eParcel.
New Zealand $10 flat rate all orders with Australia Post Express Courier.
Can i pick my order up instore?
Yes you can from our warehouse with the Click and Collect option chosen when you checkout.
Is insurance and tracking included with delivery?
Yes, for your peace of mind your order comes with complimentary tracking and insurance, you will be emailed a tracking number when your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
Express Delivery Option within Australia
NOTE: Australia Post has advised Express Post is slower due to increased volumes in their network.
We offer the fastest Express delivery in the skate and scooter industry!
In most cases delivery will be next business day after we ship your order and country areas may take 1 to 3 working days.
When you go to your cart or checkout it will show cost for Express Delivery.
In some cases, mostly remote areas it may take an extra day or two.

How long does delivery take?
Below delivery times are during normal times.
Due to impacts of Covid-19 demand on Australia Post these delivery times can vary. We are seeing some deliveries arrive on time and others taking much longer than usual. Australia Post has advised us they are building resources to help cope with this increased demand on their network.
99.9% of orders are dispatched on the same or next business day (within 24 hours) after your purchase. Orders sent to locations on the east coast of Australia generally arrive within 1 to 3 working days from date of dispatch and almost always within 5 working days. For extremely remote and WA locations delivery is usually 5 to 8 working days. Delivery will very rarely take more than 6 working days to anywhere in Australia.

I have not received any tracking for my order what should I do?
Generally you will recieve tracking information by the end of business Monday > Friday 5pm.

How do I track my order?
You will recieve an email with your order tracking details once dispatched.
My tracking shows an unusual location?
In some cases your parcel may be directed to postage depots outside of your area or take a route which does not seem direct.
Rest assured your parcel is on its way and will arrive as soon as possible.
What if I am not home attempt delivery?
If you are not home to collect your order the delivery company should leave a card in your letterbox.
It has been 7 to 8 working days and my order has not arrived?
You can either check the tracking with your tracking number or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will promptly investigate where your order is and get back to you.
