What is the Return Policy?
If you would like to return your item and it is not a warranty issue (eg. change of mind) you are welcome to return it to our store address and we will give you a store credit. The store credit amount will be the original amount you paid less our actual costs for shipping and handling the original order. Returns are accepted 7 days from date you receive the order. All you need to do is initiate the return within 7 days of receiving your order.
All items returned must be in brand new, unused condition in original packaging. The item must not show any signs of use or be marked.

All returns must have an RMA number issued. If your return does not contain an RMA it will not be accepted and will be returned to sender. To get an RMA number, please complete our RMA request form below. This form does not mean your request is approved you will receive a response to your RMA request within 3 business days.
How do I cancel an order that hasn't been shipped yet?
If you would like to cancel an order you can email or call us and request we cancel it. If we can intercept the order before we ship it we will issue you with a full store credit for the purchase price you paid which you can use immediately or at a future date.
NOTE: we do not offer refunds for returns or cancellations, we only offer store credits.
