What is the warranty on my purchase?

All products are covered under Australian warranty for hardware failure, usually between 1 and 12 months from date of purchase.

We will submit all warranty claims to our suppliers and they will evaluate your warranty claim. We will follow it up with them and update you regularly on the status of your warranty claim.

Manufacturers have limited warranties that cover direct manufacturing faults or failures in their products. As with all extreme sports, skateboard and scooter equipment suffers damage as a direct result of participation in the sport. Such damage to equipment is not covered under warranty. No warranty is guaranteed and the final claim is at the discretion of the distributor or manufacturer of that product.

We only stock reputable brands that stand behind their product.

What is the Return Policy?

If you would like to return your item and it is not a warranty issue (eg. change of mind) you are welcome to return it to our store address and we will give you a store credit. The store credit amount will be the original amount you paid less our actual costs for shipping and handling the original order. Returns are accepted 30 days from date you receive the order. All you need to do is initiate the return within 30 days of receiving your order.

All items returned must be in brand new, unused condition in original packaging. The item must not show any signs of use or be marked.

If you would like to return an item please email info@kickpush.com.au and we will provide instructions as well as let you know the store credit amount we will apply once it is returned.

Something is missing from your order?

We carefully pick, pack and check each order. Your order will come into contact with 3 people in our warehouse to help ensure we get your order right. If you discover any item missing from an order please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order by email to info@kickpush.com.au

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods.

Bank transfer

Visa and Mastercard directly on our website. We use SecurePay (an Australia Post company) to process and protect all credit card payments.

PayPal is also accepted and is a safe and reliable way to pay online. You can also pay with American Express through PayPal.

Afterpay 
is a way to buy now and pay later and application and approval is done through our checkout and it only takes a few minutes. Simply select Afterpay as payment method during checkout.

ZipPay is a way to buy now and pay later to get up to $1000 credit to use on our store and application and approval is done through our checkout and it only takes a few minutes. Simply select ZipPay as payment method during checkout.

Do you do lay buys?

We do not have a lay buy system however we recommend Afterpay or ZipPay as it is an excellent alternative to lay buy.

Is this item in stock?

All items that are listed on our site are in stock. We only sell items that are in stock. If for any reason we have an issue fulfilling your order we will contact you immediately. Sometimes we may sell products on pre-order and in this case they will not be in stock though we will be taking pre-orders and they will be clearly shown as pre-orders on our website.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, you can order online and then come and pickup from our Tweed Heads South warehouse at 2/29 Industry Drive, Tweed Heads South, NSW, 2486.

Yes, we use 256-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology to protect your personal and payment details on our site and also added security through PayPal. We are dedicated to keeping your details private.

Will my order be securely packaged?

We take great care in ensuring your order is packaged correctly and securely. We want to make sure your item arrives to you how you expect it.

Do you charge Goods and Services Tax?

GST (Goods and Services Tax) is included in the product price you see on our website.
