How much does shipping cost?

Australia

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING for all of Australia on all orders over $79.

Orders under $79 are $10 for shipping.

EXPRESS POST is $10 flat rate per order Australia Wide (excludes larger bulky items).

VIP EXPRESS is $17 flat rate per order Australia Wide, it puts your order at the front of the queue to be packed and you also get a sticker pack valued at $10.

Within Australia, most orders are shipped with Australia Post eParcel. Bulky items may be shipped courier.

New Zealand, USA, Canada, Japan, China and Asia

All international orders are shipped with Express Courier International which is fast and safe.

New Zealand is $15 flat rate.

USA, Canada, Japan, China and Asia is $40 up to $500 order total or $60 for all orders over $500.

How long does delivery take?

We ship orders out within 24 hours (Monday - Friday) after your purchase.

VIP Express and Express Post is our fastest shipping method and arrives to most Australian metro locations within 1 to 4 working days and country locations within 1 to 5 working days.

Below is an ESTIMATE of usual non-express delivery times:

Australia + New Zealand:

NZ - 2 to 7 working days
NSW - 1 to 6 working days
ACT - 1 to 6 working days
QLD - 1 to 5 working days
VIC - 2 to 5 working days
SA - 2 to 7 working days
WA - 5 to 10 working days
NT - 5 to 10 working days
TAS - 5 to 9 working days

Can I pick my order up instore?

Yes - this is still available from our warehouse. Simply selectthe Click and Collect option at checkout.

Is insurance and tracking included with delivery?

Yes, for your peace of mind your order comes with complementary tracking and insurance, you will be emailed a tracking number when your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email with your order tracking details once dispatched.

I have not received any tracking for my order what should I do?

Generally, you will receive tracking information by the end of business Monday > Friday 5pm.
Please check your junk email inbox. Please also check the email used during checkout.
If you have still not received your tracking please email info@kickpush.com.au.

My tracking shows an unusual location?

In some cases, your parcel may be directed to postage depots outside of your area or take a route that does not seem direct.
Rest assured your parcel is on its way and will arrive as soon as possible.

What if I am not home attempt delivery?

If you are not home to collect your order the delivery companyshould leave a card in your letterbox.

It has been 7 to 8 working days and my order has not arrived?

Please check the Australia Post ETA on your tracking number, if this is overdue then pleasecontact us at info@kickpush.com.au and we will do our best to investigate this for you.
